My sister is no longer in a position to open the bridal shop she had intended. (You can learn more about that here.) I am happy to help her, but I’m not really in a position to open a bridal shop either. I’m a game developer. The dresses are being stored at our Mom’s house in Boise, and she isn’t interested in opening a bridal shop either. What we ideally would like to find is someone who wants to purchase the whole collection of dresses as a discounted volume purchase.
There are approximately 70 dresses in total. We are selling them individually as we are able, but anything that is still listed on the website is still available. I take down the posts as they are sold.
There were 28 dresses plus a Victorian train (there is a gown in the second set that could work with that train) in the original set that we started with. The vast majority of those dresses were wedding gowns. Then my sister found 5 more bins of dresses bringing the total up to 75 dresses. A few of these are no longer available, leaving approximately 70 dresses still for sale. The vast majority of these dresses are bridesmaids dresses or prom dresses. There are a few children’s flower girl type dresses also.
The second set of 45 more dresses were photographed on April 4th. They are being added to the website and listed for sale on Facebook as time allows.
